Nagaland is culture and hills, not a waterfall circuit. Leafyinn treats Kohima as a base, Dimapur as the rail/air hinge, and Hornbill as a date-specific product — not a year-round poster.

Dzükou is a walk with weather risk. We will not drop you at a trailhead in the wrong month and call it a package. Village stays need more lead time than a Shillong homestay.

Cabs from Dimapur to Kohima are straightforward; the rest of the state is not a tourist grid. Inquire with dates and we will say what is actually running.

A first Nagaland trip from Guwahati is usually Kohima nights, a heritage morning, and a village day if the road and host are confirmed. We do not invent a Hornbill-week product in July. If you want hills plus a festival, send the December dates early — rooms and cabs lock before the posters go up.

Pairing Nagaland with Meghalaya in one short week is a highway tax. We would rather you do one well. If you have ten days and a reason, we can talk Dimapur–Kohima and a separate Meghalaya arrival. That is two spines, not one brochure.
