1. Who we are

Leafyinn is a Northeast India–focused travel platform based in Guwahati, Assam. We curate stays and itineraries and coordinate with host and transport partners. Some products are fulfilled by independent operators; in those cases Leafyinn acts as your point of contact and facilitator unless we expressly state otherwise.

2. Services

Through Leafyinn you may:

• Browse and inquire about homestays and lodges
• Request packages, tours, and experiences
• Request cab quotes and transfers
• Contact our team for trip planning assistance

Catalog details (prices, inclusions, images, availability) are indicative and may be updated. Final confirmation is always subject to our written or emailed confirmation and partner acceptance.

3. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

Submitting a form or search does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Bookings and inquiries are subject to availability and confirmation by Leafyinn and/or partner operators. Quoted totals may change if trip details change (dates, guests, vehicle type, route, inclusions, peak season, permits, or taxes).

You agree to provide accurate guest and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring travelers meet age, ID, and permit requirements for the destinations you choose.

4. Payments

Payment terms (advance, balance, mode) will be stated in your quote or confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, bookings may be held only after the required advance is received. Third-party payment gateways, if used, are subject to their own terms and security practices.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and change rules depend on the product and partner (stay, package, tour, or cab). Specific timelines and charges will be shared at confirmation. Weather, landslides, bandhs, permit delays, or government restrictions common to Northeast travel may require rescheduling; we will communicate adjustments as clearly and early as we can.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed, after partner and processing timelines.

6. Travel risks and permits

Travel in Northeast India can involve mountain roads, seasonal weather, restricted areas, and permit requirements (for example inner-line or protected-area permits). You are responsible for carrying valid ID and obtaining required permits unless we expressly include permit assistance in your package. Leafyinn is not liable for delays or itinerary changes caused by weather, road closures, strikes, or authority decisions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Conduct

You agree to treat hosts, drivers, guides, and communities respectfully and to follow house rules, safety instructions, and local laws. We may refuse or cancel service in cases of abusive behaviour, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

Leafyinn branding, site design, and original content are owned by Leafyinn or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Partner photos and third-party content remain the property of their owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leafyinn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or travel services, or for acts or omissions of independent hosts, operators, or transporters once a service is in their care. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking facilitated through us is limited to the amount you paid to Leafyinn for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Guwahati, Assam shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
