We do not ask for payment card details to be stored on this website unless a secure payment partner is explicitly presented at checkout. Partner operators may collect additional details needed to confirm a booking.

• Respond to stay, package, tour, and cab inquiries
• Confirm availability, quotes, and itinerary details with you and partner operators
• Communicate booking updates, changes, or travel advisories related to your trip
• Improve our website, catalog, and customer support
• Measure advertising performance and reach relevant audiences (for example via Meta Pixel and Conversions API, when enabled)
• Meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing with partners

Leafyinn works with homestay hosts, travel operators, and cab partners to deliver your trip. We share only the details needed to quote, confirm, or operate your booking (for example, guest name, contact number, dates, and route). Service providers who host our website, email, or databases may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

When Meta advertising tools are enabled, we send event data to Meta Platforms (for example page views, inquiries, and completed bookings). Contact details included with those events are hashed before transmission where required by Meta's Conversions API.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use essential cookies to keep the site working (for example, session or preference cookies). If analytics or advertising tools are enabled — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — they help us understand aggregate traffic and measure ad campaigns. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp / _fbc for attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features or ad measurement accuracy.

5. Data retention and security

We keep inquiry and booking-related records for as long as needed to complete your request, handle follow-ups, and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where practicable. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent or guardian's involvement in a booking.
